LV Panels are the backbone of every industrial power distribution and motor control system. Elezon designs and manufactures a complete range of low voltage panels — from Power Control Centres to Intelligent MCCs — built to IEC 61439 standards at our ISO 9001:2015 certified facilities in Bangalore and Ludhiana. Every panel we deliver is engineered to your specific load list and SLD, fabricated in-house, factory tested, and commissioned on site by our own engineers.

How we work

Every Elezon panel project follows a structured engineering and delivery process. We begin with a detailed review of your SLD, load list and site conditions before finalising the panel design. Our engineering team prepares GA drawings, wiring diagrams and BOM for your approval before fabrication begins. All panels are built at our in-house facilities — no subcontracting — and undergo rigorous Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) before dispatch.

On site, our field engineers handle installation supervision, cable termination support, and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) to ensure the panel performs exactly as designed from day one.

Elezon designs and manufactures a complete range of LV panels for power distribution and motor control across industrial facilities. Our panel range includes Power Control Centres (PCC), LT Distribution Boards, DG Synchronising and AMF panels, APFC and SVG panels, Conventional MCCs, Intelligent MCCs, VFD panels, Soft Starter panels, and DOL/Star-Delta starter panels. All panels are built to IEC 61439-1/2 Edition 3 standards. Type Tested Assemblies (TTA) available using Rittal enclosures with IP54 protection and optional internal arc classification to IEC 61641.
