How we work

Every automation project begins with a detailed review of your process requirements, control philosophy and existing infrastructure. Our engineering team prepares control system architecture, I/O schedules, panel GA drawings and software functional specifications for your approval before any work begins.

PLC programming and SCADA development is carried out in parallel with panel fabrication at our facility. Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) includes full simulation of control sequences, alarm management and SCADA displays before the system leaves our workshop.

On site, our commissioning engineers handle loop checking, field instrument integration, control loop tuning and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) — ensuring the system performs exactly as designed from day one.
